The Mystery of Life
Have you ever noticed how much of life remains a mystery?
The earth beneath our feet. The moment we take our first breath. The stories that shape who we become.
For me, mystery isn’t confusion — its oldest meaning spoke of something hidden, something meaningful, waiting to be revealed.
When I moved to Bundaberg, my family and I took on the restoration of Mystery Craters — an ancient site, a global phenomenon, and one of the most enigmatic places I’ve ever known. Standing there, I realised that not everything needs to be explained to be felt. Sometimes, simply standing in mystery transforms us.
But my work has never been only about the land. For many years, I’ve walked with people through another kind of mystery — birth. Birth is never just a medical event; it’s a rite of passage, a rebirth for the mother, the father, and the whole family. When we meet that mystery with trust and coherence, it becomes one of the most powerful transformations life offers us.
And then there’s the mystery within — the unseen stories, patterns, and beliefs that shape how we live. Some lift us; others quietly hold us back. Through my work as an Integrative Coherence Practitioner, I help people pause, notice, and align heart and mind so that new stories can emerge — ones filled with clarity, ease, and purpose.
All these threads — earth, birth, and within — weave together in how we walk this planet and how we continuously rebirth ourselves.
My hope is that these reflections spark something in you: curiosity, calm, or a deeper connection with your own story.
Because in the end, mystery isn’t something to solve — it’s something to live.
